Overview

EventCalc is a bar calculator app for events and associations. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data EventCalc collects and how it is used.

Data Collection

EventCalc does not collect any personal data.

All data you create in EventCalc — including menu items, events, orders, sales logs, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

What We Don't Do

We do not collect analytics or usage data
We do not track your location
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
We do not share any data with third parties
We do not store data in the cloud
We do not require an account or login

In-App Purchases

EventCalc offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are verified locally on your device.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed. We have no ability to recover your data.

Children's Privacy

EventCalc does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
